Lifting a beautiful quote out of that article on Attenborough's off-screen presenting style:

Don't we just, you have to love him.
However, his personal carbon footprint must be HUGE travelling by jet with his entire entourage all over the world to film stuff!!!

I don't think that many politicians are numerate or understand non-linearity. They don't seem to understand long term economics either.
