It's my birthday today. I've been given a book called 'The Custom Road Bike' (http://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/1856698130). The 'See Inside this book' gives a good idea of the style.
This is bicycle fetishism of the highest order. It's full of close-ups of intimate parts of the bicycle, artfully lit and arranged for your viewing pleasure.
It's probably more a book for people who like looking at the pictures rather than actually doing anything, but it is rather splendid.
If there is a significant other in your life who likes bicycle pornography (for that, I am afraid to say, is really what this book is about), then this might be something for their present list. Failing that, you might have to buy it for yourself.
