Great picture in that Southern Reporter article. They do realise that it is a photo-shopped picture to show what a wind farm would look like?

There are actual very few turbines in the Borders due to the Seismological Station at Eskdalemuir. If concerns around vibration impact can be overcome/side-stepped then there will be lots more turbines appearing.
