We need to submit some of Edinburgh's facilities... Which would people say were most deserving of the accolade?

The best of it is, it doesn't even provide adequate parking infrastructure. The spaces are too small for a car to fit in (even excluding the mahoosive Porche)! The average warden (in Edinburgh anyway) will have you if you are outside of the space, regardless of whether a car fits in or not.

Got to say that the previous month's one about Tavistock Place in London is a bit unfair. I use it whenever I'm down there, and it makes perfect sense when you're on it. It's the way it is because it allows a straight line route for bikes going in the other direction on what is effectively a segregated cycle lane.

Some of the earlier ones, though, are absolutely shocking and I can't see any rational explanation for most of them (other than incompetence on the part of the designers and installers, obviously!)
