    Looks good.

How do you add kids tshirts to an adult pledge?

Can't work out how to combine pledges without filling in pledge form multiple times?

AFAICS you just do it multiple times, sorry! It's more of a fundraising platform than a t-shirt selling platform, TBH

We have the new POP poster!

    http://pedalonparliament.org/pop-goes-inverness/

Delayed this year by the last-minute addition of Inverness. Posters and flyers will be ordered hopefully today and ready for distribution next week. We'll also put downloadable PDFs on the website for those who want to do their own

I know some of you have contacted me already, but if you can help out with flyer and poster distribution that is now our number one priority. Please email hello@pedalonparliament.org if you can

    Cooncil consulting on new parade rules;

    https://consultationhub.edinburgh.gov.uk/sfc/public-processions/consultation/

Amongst the new rules a requirement for one trained marshal for every ten participants.

PoP2018 will be quite hard to organise under such a regime.

Any parade apart from a boys brigade parade will struggle if you need one Marshall for ten participants. Has there been much unruliness? Pop maybe has twenty supreme beings acting as marshals for four or five thousand participants? So one marshal for 200?

In cowboy films they sometimes deputise the whole town. I would suggest making every PoPper their own marshall.

Yes officer we employed the Randolph Scott approach to marshalling and deputised the entire parade, we have now rounded up nick cook, pg tips, EEN journalists, punishment passers from BT openreach etc etc,, bad landlords, all politicians, people who wear helmets, people who do not wear helmets and they await justice on Holyrood grassy knoll from Judge Lesley Hinds

Just putting together a feeder ride for the wards of Ratho and Broomhouse. Would anyone like to volunteer to help with Marshalling? Route will be along Canal, Cutlins Road and Broom House path. Then tram path and quiet roads to Roseburn Park. Then we will join West Edinburgh feeder ride. Volunteers will be rewarded with cake.

    Good work @biketrain.

More than happy to have you join us from Roseburn.

If anyone else if willing to run a mini feeder ride to the West Edinburgh feeder ride they are more than welcome.

Would be easy to do one along the NEPN (from Silverknowes or Granton). #justsaying

I'm happy to poster Heriot-Watt again (~25 should do it), and take a wad of flyers to distribute around the campus and on the canal towpath again one morning closer to the day itself... Who would I be able to collect these from?

There's flyers available at the Bike Station now, with posters either already there or coming very shortly

Flyers can now be picked up from:

    Bicycle Coop Bruntsfield
    Velo Ecosse
    Pedals
    Biketrax
    Evans
    Cycle Republic
    The Bike Smith
    Freewheelin

If anyone can help with distributing, postering, flyering, and generally spreading the word then now is the time!

Put some flyers on bikes at the Commie yesterday evening. Ran out! Will keep doing that pre and post swim. I intend to do the Haymarket racks at some point as well.

I went to buy a T-shirt from the PoP website, but the point where you enter your credit card did not appear to be secure.

I then went to the crowd-funder, but that stated that my T-shirt wouldn't be posted until after the event - not much use. I don't really want to collect from a stall on the day, as I'll be wrangling children, and that's hard enough as it is.

    How should I proceed?

I'm sorry you're having problems neddie_h. T shirt can certainly be posted out before the event. Someone will look into credit card security. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

Hello! Apologies for the security worries. The (secure) form is embedded in our (non secure) POP website, hence the apparent issue.

A standalone version of the form is available here, which is entirely secure https://achris1.wufoo.com/forms/zvtyssi0r471na/

I will update the POP website as well

Just two more weekends before POP ... for those not going away for Easter, any flyering, postering, or talking to cyclists you could do would be massively appreciated. Flyers and posters are at the Bike Station and also shops around Edinburgh (see above). Handlebar flyers can be downloaded and printed from the POP website http://pedalonparliament.org/resources/#handlebar

As I go into my annual panic/worry meltdown over the next couple of weeks please reassure me by letting me know you're getting the word out ...

    People will come.

    In large numbers.

A higher figure than last year isn't a necessary sign of 'success'.

PoPs in other cities is a major achievement.

You will stress however well things are going!
