    In more detail -

Bicycling isn't just a mode of transportation, it's a powerful tool against depression and anxiety. May is both Bike Month and Mental Health Awareness Month, which is a happy coincidence for anyone promoting human flourishing.

This morning's Mark Stephens Out of Doors radio programme covered Juniper Green Bike Bus (missed start so check iPlayer). @Dave spoke and others. Happy 10 year old students starting a habit we hope will stay with them. I put up on X but couldn't find JGPS bike bus tag.
Mark had never seen a long tail cargo bike before. Based in Aberdeen of course ;-)

I believe this was recorded on one of the 4 GWC bike buses Jarlath organises (well it’s more than a belief, I was on it). The recording was done (spoffle and all) from the box of a cargo bike.
