Have "Bikeability" and "Cycling Proficiency" have failed British cyclists?

    I came across this blog post entitled "How "Bikeability" and "Cycling Proficiency" have failed British cyclists." and can see a lot of sense in it. Should we be trying to move from training to getting proper separated cycle provision? Discuss...

    It's not either or.

    All other discussion goes round in circles.

    Not enough room/money for universal separate lanes.

    Not aware that anyone says CT will 'solve all problems'.

    Many Governments over many years "have failed British cyclists" - and, more importantly, people who don't cycle - for whatever reasons.
