It soon became useful and entertaining. There are regular posters, people who add useful info occasionally and plenty more who drop by to watch. That's fine. If you want to add news/comments it's easy to register and become a member.

A US lawyer has produced an accident report card (advertising his services of course), which includes a pictorial summary of their Highway Code regarding cyclists.
I've often thought that a driver's primer on the Highway Code would be a good idea (but can't draw for toffee!) - instead of berating a driver, simply slip a summary of the Code under their nearside windscreen wiper on the way past...

Worryingly remindful, in a way, of the fact that it was felt necessary for public-spirited common-nonsense-defying lawyerly types to prepare the UK Photographers' Rights Guide a few years ago when security guards started equating cameras with bombs.
