    Well Hilly Tuesdays ® happen.

Don't think the roll from the Castle to Leith (and other proposals) ever happened.

Don't know what (if anything) is special about 28th apart from being last Sat of month.

    Welcome emmomac

Could be more fun than Critical Mass which doesn't seem to work in Edinburgh.

I'm sure there will be posters here happy with Midnight, and others preferring earlier.

Suggest you suggest a starting place - bottom of The Mound?? and see what happens.

I'll be in London, but others won't...

I'd do it but later in the year. At the moment, I am getting enough nighttime cycling through commuting

The thing I found last night may have been that night rides make me too buzzy to sleep.

I say 'may have been' since I bought Skyrim last weekend and am typically addicted. I simply could not get to sleep until I'd found enough Orichalcum ore to polish up my heavy armour and trapped enough Grand and Greater Souls to get their enchantment mojo swinging hefty.

Gosh, Uberuce, I have absolutely no idea what you're talking about! I used to play Dungeon Master when I was younger, though, that might've possibly caused a few late nights.

I'll be at a birthday party with possibly 50 toddlers that day. Will be firmly asleep come midnight.

    Great idea though.

I thought this might be an 'overnight' ride thread, Im up for that! but could be persuaded into some town cruising too.

If it's overnight you're after there's always the Dunwich Dynamo...

  14. There's a Scottish version of that, on a much smaller scale, called the Dumb Run. Dumbarton to (I think) St Andrews.
