    The following priorities were agreed at the Dunbar CAPP (Community and Police Partnership Meeting) held at Dunbar Police Station

    Road Traffic General:

    Use of mobile phone’s whilst driving. (East Linton areas)

    Continue with Pro Laser checks at Queens Road, Spott Road, Belhaven Road Dunbar. Edinburgh Road West Barns. Preston Road, Haddington Road East Linton.

    Monitor Zebra Crossings at Westport & High Street, Dunbar in response to complaints received.

    Environmental Issues:

    John Muir Country Park, East Beach, Lochend Woods and other areas youths known to congregate and indulge in underage drinking.

    Interesting, if only because 'pavement cycling' and 'rlj cyclists' don't make the list.

    I think pavement cycling only really happens (in a problematic way) in and around the city centre.

    I.e. (justifiable) complaints where there are a lot of pedestrians and/or tenement entrances.

    There aren't too many RLs to J in EL.
